Fat Hippo has earned its reputation. Every burger I've tried has been consistently excellent. The brioche buns are perfectly toasted, the patties are juicy, and the toppings are creative without being gimmicky.The Newcastle location has a great vibe too - not too loud, good music, friendly service.
